Erol holds a BS degree of Istanbul Technical University. He worked in Aluminum manufacturing plants, holding different positions from Quality, Planning, and Production Engineer to the Vice President and General Manager. His versatile experience has led him to become a consultant in TPM, TQM, Lean Manufacturing, Process Analysis, Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS, ISO 16949), Problem Solving and others. He is a member of KalDer, Quality Association of Turkey, Kocaeli Chamber of Industry and EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) National Quality Award Assessor.
