We have just got back from a Lean Conference that LMJ organized in Birmingham, UK. During the event, Mr. Ricciardelli presented on "How to prepare the best Serbian pop-corns". The witty title itself attracted many speakers/delegates to find out more behind - a successful story of inital 1.5 year SCGM (a Serbian manufacturing company) has been on Lean journey for. Shown were meticoulous steps the company and its people made during; first struggles, but also first superb results that followed; set of standards stemming from them and most importantly, people "popping" Lean along the way. There is 1/3 employees in the company who accepted Lean thinking and we are to "pop" some more until the next Conference! One is sure - Once You Pop (Lean), You Cannot Stop!
