First International Scientific Conference on Lean Technologies was held 13-14 / 09 at University of Novi Sad - Faculty of Technical Sciences.
The Conference gathered great number of domestic and foreign researchers and practitioners of Lean from universities, scientific institutes and consulting organizations.
At the occassion, Mr. Ricciardelli presented a case study of successful Lean implementation in a Serbian SME, titled “SCGM WAY - SUSTAINING LEAN AND DELIVERING RESULTS IN ONE SERBIAN SME”.
