EMAAR Square - a luxurious hotel, residence and shopping mall on the Asian side of Istanbul has been finished.
This construction project was supported by TECLA Team in 2016, in collaboration with Lean Construction International.
TECLA Team (5 members) lead week-week onsite Lean Construction implementation, helping Project's optimization of costs, logistics flow and ensuring on time delivery. Completion has been decreased during, from 20 days to 6 days per floor, retaining high quality.
